Orders
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, select your items, add them to the cart, and complete the checkout process with your shipping and payment information.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pawio.shop. We’ll do our best to assist, but once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is the shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.99 for all orders. Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the progress of your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We accept major credit cards and other secure online payment methods supported on our checkout. Currently, we do not offer PayPal.
