Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Pawio. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email us at support@pawio.shop with your order number and photos showing the issue.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Products with obvious signs of wear, use, or altered packaging may not be accepted.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment (excluding PayPal). Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or card account. Then contact your payment provider as it may take some processing time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have not received it, please contact us at support@pawio.shop.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Personalized and custom products without defects.
